Experience your event in vintage rental hall charm. We offer a bar, access to an industrial kitchen, a coat room, restrooms, an elevated stage and sound system, a video projection system, and access to a large deck and fenced in yard, complete with mature trees.
CHARITABLE GAMBLING
The Croatian Hall has been involved with charitable gambling for over twenty-five years. Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been raised to help the local communities of South St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights and West St. Paul.
Chances are that if a kid played a sport growing up in one of these areas, he or she has worn a jersey, t-shirt, jacket or a hat that was provided by the Croatian Hall. The Cro has also donated to help defray the cost of ice time for hockey, make improvements to the ball fields, add scoreboards or other necessities that were needed.
Proceeds from charitable gambling has also helped local seniors by providing televisions and a piano for their community room. During holidays, children have been provided with parties, music, food and entertainment along with gifts and prizes.
In just the last ten years, The Cro has raised over $550,000 through charitable gambling. So muscle up with some pull-tab aerobics and know that the proceeds are staying in your community.

THE PROUD HISTORY OF
HRVATSKI DOM
At the turn of the 20th century, immigration to America was on the minds and in the hearts of millions of people. Thousands of Croatians and people of Slavic descent came to America, the land of opportunity and freedom. Many settled in South St. Paul to work at the Union Stockyards and in the two meat-packing houses, Armour’s and Swift’s. In 1919, Croatians that settled in South St. Paul founded The Hrvatski Dom (Croatian Home). It became THE place for social events such as dances, dinners, weddings, and even funerals.
